Commissary and Phone

Each inmate is given their own personal account while here at the Facility. You may apply money to this account by;

1. Mailing in a money order- with the inmates name on it
2. Coming to the Facility Lobby and placing money in the kiosk *accepts cash & credit cards*
3. Calling Touch Pay 888-988-4768 *Must use Site ID #53 and use the inmates Date of Birth
4. Visiting online to create an account at www.connectnetwork.com and searching for Salem County NJ- Correctional Facility (Site ID 53) to get started

Advance Pay– creates a prepaid collect calling service that allows an inmate to call your phone number using deposited funds.

Commissary “SecurePak” can be ordered online and it will be delivered to the inmate at the Facility. You can access this by creating an account at www.accesscatalog.com and searching for Salem County, NJ
