All Sheriff Sales are being held at the Historic Courthouse located at 104 Market Street, Salem, NJ 08079 (Corner of Broadway and Market Street). Please arrive by 1:45pm if you are planning on bidding on a property so we can verify your funds. Sheriff Sales will start promptly at 2:00pm. All certified checks must be made payable to the Sheriff of Salem County. No exceptions will be made
Please be advised that starting on May 1, 2023, the cash limit for Sheriff Sale purchases will be $1000.00. No exceptions will be made.
